Julie Pomeroy

Julie is a Tennessee native and shortly after obtaining a Bachelors of Education degree, she accepted an administrative position that transitioned into a H.R. Assistant role. She remained in the field and has committed herself to the HR profession for more than 30 years now. Julie joined Parman Energy in 2001 and during her tenure has researched, developed and implemented best practices throughout the organization. Julie is dedicated to developing and improving benefits and processes that will keep the company one step ahead in recruiting and retaining outstanding team members as they are truly the heart of Parman’s continued success. In her free time, Julie enjoys cooking, being outdoors and spending time with her husband and two sons.
