CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE- NASHVILLE, TN

Parman Energy is seeking a knowledgeable Customer Service Representative to join the customer service team. Representatives work in a fast paced office environment providing service for customers within assigned territories and working with outside sales representatives and operations to ensure an excellent experience for our customers. This position is not a call center environment.

CLASS B CDL DRIVER- CHATTANOOGA, TN ***$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS***

Parman Energy is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Class B CDL Driver to join our team. The primary responsibility for this driving role will be operating a Lube Tankwagon and meeting customer needs by delivering lubricants to customers in a timely manner throughout the Chattanooga, TN and southeastern area. Other responsibilities include maintaining e-logs; pre-trip and post-trip inspections; performing basic upkeep of equipment and assisting in other areas of operations as needed. Home daily. 

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience required
  • Class A or B CDL

TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST- NASHVILLE, TN

Parman Energy is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Technical Support Analyst to join our team. The Technical Support Analyst is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to computer and telecommunication systems support. Responsibilities include installing and resolving issues with company computers and networks, managing technical support projects, and training and supporting employees on computer software applications.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years experience in a related field is required
  • Industry certifications such as A+, Network+, MCP, MCSA, etc. is preferred
  • MS Windows (PC and server editions), MS Office, and MS Active Directory administration
  • TCP/IP networking, topology, routing, and switching
  • Data backup and recovery methods and application 
  • Familiarity with virtualization and cloud technologies

TECHNICIAN- NASHVILLE, TN

Parman Energy is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Technician to join our Equipment division (Parman Equipment Services.) The Technician is primarily required to repair and install lubrication and fuel equipment; assemble and deliver tanks; maintenance and upkeep of company owned facilities; and perform basic fleet vehicle maintenance. Other responsibilities include assisting Master Technicians and Managers with various projects.

Job Requirements

  • A strong mechanical aptitude and experience  
  • Must have the ability to effectively communicate with customers and work well alone, as well as within a team environment.  
  • Periodic overnight travel 
  • Experience in fuel or lubrication storage and dispensing equipment is preferred.  
  • Required to obtain F endorsement on driver’s license and complete industrial lift truck certification within the first 90 days of employment.

The Fuel Transport Driver is responsible for delivering bulk fuel in a timely and safe manner throughout the middle Tennessee area; performing basic upkeep of equipment; maintaining daily vehicle inspection reports by completing daily pre-trip inspections including tires, lights, brakes, fuel, oil, and water; and maintaining electronic logbooks.

PETROLEUM SALES REPRESENTATIVE- NASHVILLE, TN

Parman Energy is seeking a motivated, energetic, ambitious sales representative to recruit new petroleum customers in Nashville, TN and surrounding areas. The Petroleum Sales Representative will primarily be responsible for developing and maintaining new business after the sale by developing strong business relationships. Customer base includes truck fleets, truck dealers, manufacturers and other industrial accounts, construction companies, mining companies, metalworking shops, government accounts, distributors and other re-sellers.

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience/industry knowledge is a plus although not required
  • College degree strongly preferred; however, equivalent successful direct B2B and industrial sales experience may be considered
  • Mechanical background is a plus
  • Clean MVR
  • Must have proficient computer skills to include electronic mail, Word and Excel; familiarity with CRM is a plus
  • Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong time management skills and be able to thrive in a fast paced environment

CRM SPECIALIST – NASHVILLE, TN

Parman Energy is seeking a knowledgeable CRM Specialist to join the sales team. The primary responsibilities for this position are to lead CRM and Sales Data projects from concept to implementation, play a pivotal role in enhancing and administering CRM system, enforcing best practices and improving productivity. This position also supports the sales operations and marketing functions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and at least 2 years related experience with CRM systems
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents.
  • Ability to write reports and general business correspondence using professional and accurate grammar.
  • Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office and CRM experience is required, SAGE CRM preferred.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to groups of managers, employees, and customers.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

FLEET SAFETY COORDINATOR – NASHVILLE, TN

Parman Energy is seeking a knowledgeable Fleet & Safety Coordinator to join the operations team. The primary responsibilities for this position include facilitating driver training with the Fleet Safety & Maintenance Manager, observing and evaluating drivers in making sure they are adhering to company SOP, DOT regulations, all safety practices, and ensuring all drivers in training are properly loading trucks for deliveries and meeting the requirements for the terminals. This role will also assist in other areas of the operations department when needed.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or at least 2 years’ related experience and/or training
  • Class A CDL with X endorsement
  • A minimum of 5 years of CDL driving experience required
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals is key.
  • Experience as a team lead or as a driver trainer is preferred
  • Working knowledge of truck mechanics
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
