- Parman Energy Corporation is approved by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the United States Coast Guard for transferring fuel and oil to vessels over the water throughout the Ohio Valley Sector. Parman Energy Corporation is excited to offer this service throughout the state of Tennessee, Southern Kentucky and Alabama.
